“All power is within you; you can do anything and everything.”

Swami Vivekanand

Socrates, the father of Western Philosophy was a simple man with short and strong body, flat nose and bulging eyes. He was keen to know the truth of life; his firm belief was that “a great world would be the result of intellectual and moral people”. He was against the professional teachers who just propagate conventional education and claim to be a great personality. He was not interested in the luxurious life and used to be bare foot; however, at last he was blamed for fake knowledge and misleading the youngsters. Eventually he got the death penalty by the contemporary judicial system but he could appeal for the review of the punishment but he didn’t and finally sipped the cup of poison offered to him by the authorities because he ‘never wants to compromise with his ideals and philosophy’.

In this way we can conclude that there are lots of eminent personalities in the society who devote themselves for Social cause and Knowledge but do not get acknowledged and privilege for the work they deserve.

Hence, we felt this vaccum and initiated to glorify their contribution and devotion by the means of honour through Honorary Ph.D (honoris causa). And this effort is to promote the social traits among youngsters who are somewhere misleading their life in absence of ideals.

A National and an International personality earned the fame on behalf of their talent, art, heritage  conservation, frontline initiator  against the dark issues of humanity, work for integrity of nation & brotherhood in the world, spreading the peace and harmony, work for anti– terrorist activities, educational empowerment, environmental sustainability, prevention of child labour, struggle for human rights, work for prisoners  right, good and uniquely administrative strategy in government system through the government service as well as any other platform; the government awardees from Indian states, central government, PSUs are all eligible to get honoured.

The governing body of trust chaired by the Chairman with the advice of Central Council is fully authorized to award this honour to any person without prejudice.

A youth icon to the world, Swami Vivekananda who propagated the Indian spirituality to the entire humanity established the ‘Ramakrishna Mission’ in order to serve the society. In an exposition, he began his speech with the phrase, “brothers and sisters” in ‘Chicago World’s Parliament of Religions’ which been praised by all the members present there and by the World outside. Hence, it was discussed greatly thereafter due to the essence and core of the message.

Eligibility for Honorary Ph.D (Honoris Causa)

WHAT IS HONARARY Ph.D (Honoris Causa)?

An ‘Honorary degree’ is an academic degree for which a University or any Institution has waived all of the usual requirements like matriculation, attendance, course credits, a dissertation and the passing of comprehensive examinations. It is also known by the Latin phrases ‘honoris causa (for the sake of the honour)’ or ‘ad honorem (to the honour).’ The degree is typically a doctorate or less commonly, a master’s degree, and may be awarded to someone who has no prior connection with the academic institution or no previous postsecondary education.
