âAll power is within you; you can do anything and everything.â
Swami Vivekanand
WHO WE ARE
Socrates, the father of Western Philosophy was a simple man with short and strong body, flat nose and bulging eyes. He was keen to know the truth of life; his firm belief was that âa great world would be the result of intellectual and moral peopleâ. He was against the professional teachers who just propagate conventional education and claim to be a great personality. He was not interested in the luxurious life and used to be bare foot; however, at last he was blamed for fake knowledge and misleading the youngsters. Eventually he got the death penalty by the contemporary judicial system but he could appeal for the review of the punishment but he didnât and finally sipped the cup of poison offered to him by the authorities because he ânever wants to compromise with his ideals and philosophyâ.
In this way we can conclude that there are lots of eminent personalities in the society who devote themselves for Social cause and Knowledge but do not get acknowledged and privilege for the work they deserve.
Hence, we felt this vaccum and initiated to glorify their contribution and devotion by the means of honour through Honorary Ph.D (honoris causa). And this effort is to promote the social traits among youngsters who are somewhere misleading their life in absence of ideals.
